The Friends of the Campbell Library is a non-profit organization supporting library services in the city of Campbell. Our efforts make possible better collections, a broader range of programs, and a more attractive library.
The group was initiated to support the library through fundraising and other volunteer services. Since its beginning, the Friends’ financial support of the library has been primarily through book sales.
Book Sales are held monthly in the Community Room at the Library. To keep up to date on sales, sign up for our Book Sale announcements.
Funding
From its beginning the Friends have supported the Campbell Library by sponsoring programs open to the public, such as summer reading programs for children; buying books, DVDs, magazines and other library materials. The Friends have also purchased furniture, shelving and equipment which the library otherwise would not be able to buy.
The Friends are advocates for library services and a vital part of the library program.
