Large scale Book Sales

Thank you to everyone who helped make the first couple of sales in the new library such a success – whether you donated items, or joined us in person, we appreciate you!

Our next sale will be on Saturday, August 8th 2026 (10:00 am – 1:00 pm) in the community room of the library. Find us on the upper floor: turn right at the top of the stairs.

Future sales will be on the second Saturday of each month. Remaining additional dates for 2026 are:

September 12th; October 10th; November 14th, and December 12th

Never miss a sale: sign up on the right to be informed when a sale is announced.

eBay Sales

The Friends of the Campbell Library conduct sales on eBay several times a year.

Our next eBay Sale will have over 45 books and book collections, plus some vintage games. It will begin on Monday, August 10th, 2026. Additional items will be listed on August 11th, and items will be posted for ten days.

Featured items include:

• A lot of 4 vintage Wff’n Proof logic and math games from the 1960’s 
• 3 antique 1882 works by Thackeray, including Vanity Fair
• An antique New Testament of the bible from 1882
• Five novels by Thomas Hardy – complete and unabridged
• JRR Tolkien – The Lord of the Rings. Illustrations by Alan Lee; published 1991

We have two online stores

• The year round online store accepts orders year round and orders are shipped immediately upon purchase.

Jewelry Sales

Thank you to everybody who contributed to our previous jewelry sales! We are collecting items for our next sale, and would love to accept any items that you’d like to donate – fine; costume; vintage; modern; necklaces; earrings; bracelets; rings; watches; pins, and other accessories! Bring items to the library whenever it is open – staff will be able to give you a receipt for your tax records.

Books available for sale whenever the library is open

The Friends of the Campbell Library have an ongoing book sale in the Campbell Library, with a wide variety of material available for purchase. The Friends Bookstore is on the upper level, near the restrooms.
