November 14th 2026 – Used Book Sale

Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 14th, for our next big book sale!

Stop by the community room on the upper floor of the library any time between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm on November 14th. As well as board books, children’s books, adult fiction and non-fiction, check out the games, puzzles, CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays on offer. We’ll also have a variety of beautiful, new, hand-made items in our boutique, generously created and donated by some of our talented volunteers. Bring a bag for your purchases! We can accept payment by cash, check, card, Zelle or Venmo. And if you have Book Bucks as your prize for completing the SCCLD Summer Reading Program, these may be used for anything other than boutique items.

2026 – See’s Candies Year-Round Fundraiser

Our year-round See’s Candies storefront is open! Order items now through December 31st, and have items delivered directly to your chosen address. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, graduation, or other special day, there’s a wide variety of items to choose from, and all purchases help raise funds for our library! Heat-sensitive items are shipped with ice packs, and use insulated packaging.

2026 – Ongoing Jewelry Donations

Thank you to everybody who made our Jewelry Sale on June 20th such a success! Whether you donated items, helped to spread the word, or joined in the fun on the day, we appreciate you!

We are still collecting donations of all types of jewelry, in anticipation of our next jewelry sale. Please drop items off at the library during open hours – tax receipts are available. Want to stay in the loop? Follow us on social media, or sign up to be notified of future sales. Thank you!
